Notes & long reads
Blog
Thinking about the join between commercial strategy and creative execution — plus shorter notes from inside live projects. Long pieces run wide; quick notes stay compact.
This is the layout, not the content
The three entries below are examples showing the two post formats. Replace them with your
real posts — each one is a copy of blog-post-template.html with the text swapped. Delete this
box when your first post goes up.
A long-form piece — this one spans two columns
Articles get the wide card and the bigger headline, because they are the ones worth stopping for. Two or three sentences of standfirst here, enough to tell someone whether this is for them before they commit.
Read the pieceA short note — one column, image-led
A decision, a before-and-after, a detail from a live project. Low effort, worth posting often.
Read the noteAnother note, so you can see them sit together
Two notes side by side fill the row next to a wide article, which is what keeps the feed from looking like a list.

Adding a post takes about a minute
Duplicate the template file, rename it, change the title and the words, then add a card to this page pointing at it. No database, nothing to log into, nothing that can go down.
